Mark your calendars for a Wine Tasting & Silent Auction presented by the MCHS Auxiliary. This year’s event is scheduled for Friday, April 30, 2010 from 6-9 p.m. at an elegant Eastover home in Jackson, MS. The event will showcase wine tasting and gourmet food from some of the Jackson area’s premier restaurants including Nick’s, Olga’s, Bravo, the King Edward Grille and more. The silent auction will feature travel and airline tickets, a stay at the beautiful Terrell House on Magazine Street in New Orleans, Viking Classic tickets and private golf lessons, Viking Cooking School tickets, jewelry, spa packages, fine wine, art, and more!

Warren Gunn will return as this year’s sommelier for the event chaired by Missy Ingels and co-chaired by Angela Jones and Kristin Malouf. Corporate and patron sponsorship opportunities provide an excellent way attend the event, bid on silent auction items, and make a difference in the lives of Mississippi children and families in need.

Patron Sponsorship (for individuals) is $250 and includes 2 tickets to the event and recognition as an event host on the web and event signage. Corporate Sponsorship range from Aficionado Sponsorship to Gran Cru Sponsorship and includes additional event tickets; invitation to a VIP Preview Tasting prior to event; recognition in the MCHS’s newsletter; logo or name on event program and/or cover; logo and link or name on MCHS’s website (www.mchscares.org); and inclusion in radio, newspaper, and magazine publicity if desired. All donations are tax deductable.
